Minor disagreements lead to minor ailments

Listening to children singing songs in a minor key
Waiting for the moments to pass and casting yourself else where in your mind's eye,
Anywhere will do, anywhere but here,
But then you lose all you have, then you lose the present moment and sigh

Focus all this attention on a single raisin,
The grape like a small brain
All that your brain can do looks at this one raisin,
Its wrinkles and smallness and lack of potential,
Does it make you salivate?

Back in the room, mindfully.
Back here, gladly. Partly. Mostly.

How does it feel when you are met with nothing but opposition.
Not massively encouraging for sure.
The eventual outcome so dry.
Like the skin of a raisin.
